When I found one in the Franklin Township area in June 2023, Richard (Rich) Keri was the realtor/representative for that home and we discussed the property, the housing market and the high demand/pricing of houses in this area (typically a lot of competition). Rich helped prepare me with getting all my 'ducks' in order, he recommended a loan company, (they were great to work with) received a good rate, and was able to be complete my loan pre-approval in less than 3 days. I decided not to get that house but kept looking. Rich was very professional, easy to work with, provided me with the information on any other houses I was interested in seeing, would coordinate with any of the other realtors for visits to houses I wanted to see, and there were quite a few. Rich never harassed me, he always provided me with his honest opinion and recommendations, which was a relief. When I finally found a house in Somerset County November 2023, Rich recommended contacts for home inspector, sewer inspector/land sweeper, and a very knowledgeable real estate lawyer. His recommendations were very helpful (time saving for me, since it reduced the time I had to do internet searches for these services), and made the entire housing purchase process much easier and less stressful.
