He knows the local real estate market very well and he always did his absolute best to serve our interest throughout the selling process. "I met Rich when i need to downsize from a single family home to a townhouse. There are a lot of competition in buying townhouses around the area I wanted and I cannot compete with the others and I always lost the bid, but Rich never gave up, working tirelessly and always looking for townhouses that goes in the market. He kept my hopes up, even fought for me by talking to other agents so my bid can be considered. In the end, after 4 months of touring, bidding and countless docusigns..He found the perfect place for me. During house hunting, Rich also explained the process to me in simple ways that I can understand.
